Sunday Breakfast and Dinner

Cooking something different is good as it is always positive to try out new things.The oven is like the best thing that was ever invented by man. This method involves cutting out the excess oil and frying and at the same time getting things done while it is underway(ironing,cleaning,laundry). Trying to eat healthy does not mean training and not putting the right ingredients into the body. It is all about balance and trying to maintain it as such.

Egg muffins(eggs,tomato,onion,spinach,salt and pepper) and ripe plantains.


                   Chicken breast stuffed with avocado,garlic,tomato,onions,lime juice and salt. Served with some broccolis and carrots.
