Burger Day

Instead of indulging in some take away burger you can make your own by adding your own spices and flavour, at the same time monitoring the amount of salt content going into the body. This way you can use the little ones so they feel like they made some form of contribution to the meal. When you have total control over what goes into the body it is more nutritious and healthy than you can ever imagine. This meal is perfect for Friday evenings if you feel for something that does not take a long time or also for the BBQ days coming ahead for long summer evenings.

Mine meat,egg,garlic,onion,salt,pepper(shaped into burger)
Burger bread (so good when lightly toasted)
Fresh lettuce,onion,tomatoes,cucumber
You can add ketchup,mustard, mayonnaise your preference.
