Lasagne Nights

                               "'Food is essential to life, therefore make it good"

I really enjoy cooking and I think at some point in the future I will do some form of catering or having a food truck. We shall see how that one will turn out. I love lasagne the homemade version that is. This way you know exactly what ingredients you are putting in your body. Cooking food yourself even if it some fresh salad will go a long way to a healthy way of life. Instead of eating too much fast food and processed food spend time doing healthy meals and also incorporate the family. Also if you are too busy in the week and cannot find the time to do a healthy version of meals,on the weekends or whenever you find a couple of hours to spare do some meal preparations. This way you can make enough to store to last in the week. We have to control what goes in the body and do our best to take care of it.

White sauce-butter, flour and milk
Chicken mince seasoned and cooked with some mixed vegetables and tomato sauce.
Salad- spinach, avocado, red onion, tomato, feta cheese, celery, lemon juice and a dash of salt.



Eat and stay well.
